Shipping policy

Every Basin Mat ships free within the United States.

Orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Mats ship folded. They relax once placed in the cabinet; faint creases may remain and do not affect the mat's performance in any way.

If tracking has not moved for more than 3 business days, write to us at tim@simplelifeinnovations.com and we will chase the carrier.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
